About the Show and the Artist:
They call him the Bitter Buddha, comedian Eddie Pepitone is a master of the dark art of comedy. Hailed as a modern day cross between Jackie Gleason, Don Rickles and Eckart Tolle. Eddie is a force of nature on stage, switching between social rage and self-doubt. His shows are an energetic combo of calm and chaos, blue-collar angst and sardonic enlightenment. Few comedians working today channel the power of the rant better than Eddie Pepitone.

His most recent stand-up special For the Masses was released in June 2020, which the New York Times listed as one of the best stand-up specials of 2020. In 2014, Eddie released In Ruins, his first stand-up that was shot at The Bell House in Brooklyn, NY.

In addition to his regular stand-up shows, Eddie is a stand-out comic/character actor. Beginning in New York City's improv/sketch scene (where he quickly became a regular face), and continuing on to recurring roles on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and appearances on WTF with Marc Maron Podcast. Eddie has also appeared on numerous comedy TV shows, including Ramy, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Rick and Morty, Reno 911!, Ten Year Old Tom, The Life and Times of Tim, Central Park, Will & Grace, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Love, The Sarah Silverman Program, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Comic Standing, Chappelle's Show, appearances on Bob's Burgers, and he's a regular on Adult Swim's Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell. Fans also might recognize Pepitone from his role in the hit comedy Old School or from his multiple award-winning short, Runyon: Just Above Sunset, co-written by his wife Karen Simmons. Eddie currently hosts the podcast Apocalypse Soon on the All Thing Comedy network.

About the Show and the Artist:

Now a massive star in Ireland, native New Yorker, Des moved from Queens to Ireland in his mid-teens in 1990. He first came to prominence with his extraordinary TV series The Des Bishop Work Experience (2004), where he lived on minimum wage in a series of different jobs in Ireland. Mixing this documentary footage with stand-up, the series became one of the most talked-about of the year, and propelled Des into national stardom. In 2006, he embarked on his second critically acclaimed TV series, Joy In The Hood, where he taught stand-up comedy in disadvantaged areas in four major Irish cities. Another hugely successful live tour followed including invitations to the Just ForLaughs Festival in Montreal and the Melbourne Comedy Festival in Australia.

Des’s most recent project took him to Beijing, China in 2013 to learn Mandarin and he has been living there for the past 18 months. He is now fluent and the show, Breaking China was another major hit for broadcaster RTE in 2014 and he also made a half hour radio documentary about the rise of Stand Up in China for the BBC World Service called “Stand up for China”. His live show again opened at the Edinburgh Festival where he played to over 5,000 people and included an invitation to perform at the Soho Theatre in London and a return to Barrow Street in New York.

More recently, He's been on @midnight (2014, 2015), The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail (2015), This Is Not Happening (2015, 2017, 2019), Showtime's Live from SXSW (2017), TruTv's Comedy Knockout (2016, 2017, 2018), and This week at the Comedy Cellar (2018, 2019, 2020). In 2019 he released his second album Scuttlebutt on Helium Records. His next album King Scorpio was released on Christmas Eve 2021. In 2022 he filmed his first one hour special with 800 pound gorilla records. He is currently preparing his next hour Saintanist for the 76th Edinburgh Fringe fest and to be filmed in October 2023.

"I’ve seen him perform more than a dozen sets, and he’s killed every time. He’s dynamite, even with ordinary material, turning standard Brooklyn hipster jokes into a stomping, roaring, tour de force, and elevating a bit about sex-performance anxiety into high-stakes comedy. [...] He’s the rare comic who goes over as well in a comedy club as in a bar basement."

- New York Times

“ …a deceptively mesmeric talent, I found myself watching rapt between fits of eruptive laughter.”

- The Scotsman

“There’s a lot of talk in comedy circles about club acts as opposed to festival ones – reliable joke-machines who can tame the rowdiest rooms compared to the artier, slower-burn types with stories and ideas that demand and reward attention.

Well, in Sean Patton you get both… he’s the sort of comedian who puts the ‘art’ in ‘fart’.”

About the Show and the Artist:

Sean Patton is a comedian based in New York, by way of New Orleans. He began doing stand-up in the Crescent City and has since performed in comedy clubs and festivals across the world, including The Melbourne International Comedy Festival (2011, 2018), The Glasgow Comedy fest (2016), the Dublin Comedy fest (2017), and The Edinburgh Fringe (2017, 2019). Other festivals appearances include SXSW (2016, 2017, 2018, 2022), The Moontower comedy festival (2012, 2013, 2014, 2019), Just for Laughs Chicago (2013), Just for Laughs Toronto (2013) and Just for Laughs Montreal (2008, 2010, 2012, 2016, 2018). He's performed on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham (2009), Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (2010), Conan (2011, 2013), and Comedy Central’s The Half Hour (2013). As for acting, He's appeared on IFC'S Maron, Comedy Central's Inside Amy Schumer and TruTV's Those who can't.

- Chortle

Jessica produced FX’s Hysterical, a feature-length documentary that premiered at SXSW 2021. The film explores the changing landscape of women in stand-up comedy and features Margaret Cho, Nikki Glazer, Chelsea Handler, Fortune Feimster, and other notable comedians. Her one-hour special Talking to Myself was executive produced by Bill Burr and debuted on Comedy Central. She is a regular on This Week at the Comedy Cellar and has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The View, HBO’s, Crashing, and Kevin Can Wait. Recorded virtually during the depths of quarantine, the album features characters such as old Jewish grandmothers, sexy co-eds, a conservative mother and her gay son, and more.

Jessica’s characters are coming to life in her new podcast, Disgusting Hawk with rave reviews. Through her Relatively Sane podcast, Jessica has interviewed the likes of Bill Burr, Jim Gaffigan, and Rosie O’Donnell.

She was awarded “Best Female Comic” by the MAC association in New York City and received the prestigious Nightlife Award for “Best Stand-up Comedian.” In her spare time, Jessica is a regular contributor to The Howard Stern Show, where she produces and stars in prank calls for the program.
